Fig and Pistachio Yogurt Toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread or other plain bread of choice
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 fresh figs sliced
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp pistachios roughly chopped
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch course sea salt optional
Instructions
- Lightly toast bread. Allow to cool slightly.
- Spread yogurt evenly on top of toasted bread.
- Arrange sliced figs over yogurt.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom over the figs.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
